Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, with a general score of 94.8 against 75.7. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12, so it offers a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. The Samsung Galaxy S20 body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but it is lighter.
The Galaxy S20 features a way better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy S20 has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photos and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a bigger back camera sensor, higher 30 frames per second video frame rates and a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.
