The Galaxy S21 FE has an overall score of 89.1, which is much better than HTC U11's score of 77.6. Galaxy S21 FE is a a little heavier cellphone than HTC U11, but both of them are equally thin. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a little faster processor than HTC U11, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE also has more RAM.
The HTC U11 has just a bit better display than Galaxy S21 FE, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S21 FE, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC U11, resigning a couple features and specifications.
