Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than the Moto G5 Plus, having a 11.67 score against 9.39. Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is incredibly heavier than Moto G5 Plus, it's a little thinner and extremely newer. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better screen than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because it has a quite higher amount of pixels in each inch of screen, a much larger screen and a way higher 1440 x 3200px resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little better processing power than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM.
