The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A20's 74.7 score. These devices work with the same Android 11 operating system. Although the Galaxy S21 Ultra is newer than the Samsung Galaxy A20, it's a lot heavier and thicker. The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a lot better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a lot greater pixels amount per inch in the display and a little bigger display.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit better CPU than Galaxy A20, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy A20, because it has a bigger aperture for better low-light photography and videos, a way higher 7680x4320 video definition, a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a lot higher 108 MP resolution.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with improved battery duration than Galaxy A20, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy A20. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy A20, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
