The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is just a bit better than the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, with a score of 98.1 against 98. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a just a little heavier cellphone than the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but they are equally thin. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has older 11 version while Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has Android 13 version.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 3200px, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also counts with a little better number of pixels in each inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a CPU that's just as good as the processing unit in Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, they have the same RAM amount and 8 cores.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery lifetime is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's battery performance.
Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a 108 megapixels resolution back facing camera, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 7680x4320 video definition, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a way larger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs.
