The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a score of 90.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A34's score of 82.9. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S25 Ultra has the newer 14 version and Galaxy A34 has Android 13 version, so it gives you a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy A34 features a really superior performance than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with an incredibly better display than Galaxy A34, because it has a greater display pixels density, a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and a little bigger display.
