Comparison review
Galaxy S25 Ultra is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A50s, having a 90.7 score against 86.6. Galaxy S25 Ultra's body is incredibly thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A50s. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy A50s has Android 10 version, giving you some nice extra features.
Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way better looking display than Galaxy A50s, because it has a little bit higher pixel density, a higher 1440 x 3088px resolution and a little bigger display. The Galaxy A50s has a much faster CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.

The Galaxy A50s counts with a slightly bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
