Comparison review
Galaxy S25 Ultra is better than the Galaxy M20, getting a 90.7 score against 78.9. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10. The Galaxy S25 Ultra design is much lighter and notably thinner than the Galaxy M20.
The Galaxy M20 has a really superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has an incredibly better display than Galaxy M20, because it has a bit bigger display, a quite higher pixel density and a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a camera with way more mega pixels, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography in low-light environments, a lot bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photos and a lot better 7680x4320 video quality.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a better storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy M20's battery duration is very similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra one.
