Galaxy Note 20 has a general score of 90.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra's 90.7 global score. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much sharper display than Galaxy Note 20, because it has a better 1440 x 3088px resolution, a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a bit bigger display.
Galaxy S25 Ultra has a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 20, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
