Comparison review
Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's score of 90.7. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14. The Galaxy S20 features a very superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. They have a 12 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores.
Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Galaxy S20, because although it has a just a bit worse display pixels density and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 3088px, it also counts with a little larger screen. Galaxy S25 Ultra features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same video definition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a much bigger sensor capturing way higher quality pictures, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations, faster video frame rate and a back facing camera with way more MP.
The Galaxy S20 has a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has longer battery life than Galaxy S20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
