Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is a bit better than Galaxy S25 Ultra's score of 90.7. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version while Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. They have 12 GB of RAM and 8 cores.
Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a bit lower 1440 x 3088 resolution, a bit smaller display and a bit lower pixel count in each screen inch. The Galaxy S25 Ultra captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have the same video definition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels, a bigger aperture to capture better low light photography, better video frame rates and a lot larger camera sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a battery life that is very similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra one.
