Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III is a little bit better than Galaxy S25 Ultra, with a 93.3 score against 90.7. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version while Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much better looking display than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has a little bit lower pixel density and a bit lower 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
Xperia 1 III features a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xperia 1 III also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia 1 III counts with a much better performing processor than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much better camera than Sony Xperia 1 III, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a way bigger back camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and photos, a back-facing camera with a much better 200 megapixels resolution and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
