The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, having a overall score of 90.7 against 81. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12. Xiaomi 12S Ultra features a CPU that's very similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra one, and although the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
