The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is better than Xiaomi 14, with a score of 90.7 against 79.4. These phones come with the same Android 14 OS (Operating System). Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a much lighter and a lot thinner cellphone than the Xiaomi 14. Xiaomi 14's CPU is very similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra one, and although the Xiaomi 14 has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
