The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, getting a score of 90.7 against 82.7. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has Android 10. Galaxy S25 Ultra's body is way thinner and much lighter than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro.
Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro counts with a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a lot better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because it has a much brighter screen, a quite greater number of pixels per display inch, a little bit larger display and a better 1440 x 3088 resolution.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a superior storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.
