Galaxy S25 Ultra has a score of 90.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha's score of 88.9. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has Android 10, providing the user a couple additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy S25 Ultra body is incredibly thinner and noticeably lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features an extremely better processing unit than Galaxy S25 Ultra. Both of them have a 12 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 3088, it also counts with a higher display pixel density.
Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a greater camera than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a much better video resolution, a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and a much higher 200 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because it has 256 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4050mAh.
