The Huawei Mate 20 has an overall score of 79.5, which is much better than Galaxy S4 Active's 71.7 general score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S4 Active has Android 4.4 version. The Huawei Mate 20 body is notably newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy S4 Active's, but it is also heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active has just a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better screen density. The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster).
Huawei Mate 20 features a lot better camera than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a much better (4K) video quality and a camera with a lot better 12 megapixels resolution. The Huawei Mate 20 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a 54% larger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S4 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S4 Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S4 Active, giving up a couple specs and features.
