Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ is much better than the Galaxy S4 Active, getting an 82.5 score against 71.7. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but the LG V30S ThinQ has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S4 Active has Android 4.4, providing you a lot of extra features and performance improvements. The LG V30S ThinQ body is newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S4 Active's, but it's a little bit heavier.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy S4 Active counts with a bit better display than LG V30S ThinQ, although it has a quite smaller screen, a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a very superior memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The LG V30S ThinQ has improved battery duration than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a 27 percent bigger battery capacity.

LG V30S ThinQ captures a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way higher (4K) video quality.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the LG V30S ThinQ, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, resigning a couple features and specifications.
