The OnePlus 7T Pro is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, with a 75.8 score against 71.7. The OnePlus 7T Pro body is noticeably newer and a bit thinner, but way heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. The OnePlus 7T Pro has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active has a bit better looking display than OnePlus 7T Pro, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a bit lower screen pixel density and a really smaller screen. The OnePlus 7T Pro shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a way more megapixels camera and a lot higher (4K) video quality.
The OnePlus 7T Pro features a superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. OnePlus 7T Pro has a much better battery duration than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has 4085mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Although OnePlus 7T Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S4 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S4 Active. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Galaxy S4 Active, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
