The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is better than the Galaxy S4 Active, with a global score of 81.6 against 71.7. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is heavier than Galaxy S4 Active, it's just a bit thinner and newer. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a more recent 5.0 version and Galaxy S4 Active has Android 4.4.
