The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5, getting a score of 84.4 against 80.8. Xiaomi 14 Ultra's body is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy S5's, but it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an older 14 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy S5 features an extremely better processing unit than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S5, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a lot better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a way bigger display.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a way higher video quality, a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality, a way larger camera aperture to take better photos in low light situations and a way better resolution back facing camera.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 79% larger battery size.
