The Asus ZenFone 8 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, having a score of 83 against 78.1. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone 8 has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. Asus ZenFone 8's design is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's, but it's somewhat heavier and a little thicker.

Asus ZenFone 8 features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
