Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), having a global score of 78.1 against 77.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has the previous 4.4.2 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a little bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking images or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way more mega pixels back camera.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a really longer battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
