Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than LG G3's 76.4 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has the previous 4.4.2 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0. Even when the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus and the LG G3 were only released with a couple months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is a little lighter and a little bit thinner.

The LG G3 features a bit faster processor than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has a worse 450 MHz graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the LG G3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM. LG G3 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a quite larger display, a bit better display density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus captures just a bit better videos and photos than LG G3, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and videos, a larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a better resolution camera in the back.

The LG G3 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB, the LG G3 also has 32 GB internal memory capacity. The LG G3 counts with a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

Although Galaxy S5 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G3. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S5 Plus, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G3, resigning some features and specifications.
