Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy Note3's 77.7 global score. Both of these devices include the same Android 4.4.2 OS (operating system), so both of them should provide the user very similar OS features. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus construction is newer, a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Note3.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has a sharper display than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a GPU.
