Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a bit better than Google Pixel 3, having an 80.9 score against 80. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a lighter but thicker cellphone than Google Pixel 3. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a much better looking display than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher display pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has just a little better processing power than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a graphics processing unit. The Google Pixel 3 counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a back-facing camera with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a larger sensor which provides a better image and video quality and a larger camera aperture for better images and video in poorly lited environments.
Google Pixel 3 has a much greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S6 Active features superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Active, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3, giving up a couple specifications.
