Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active has a score of 80.9, which is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2's general score of 74.8. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S6 Active has 5.0 version and Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has Android 5.1. Galaxy S6 Active is a just a bit thinner and noticeably lighter phone than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2.
The Galaxy S6 Active counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a just a little higher pixels density. Motorola DROID Turbo 2 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with a much better performance than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also has a 64 bits processor, an additional graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores. The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 3760mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
Motorola DROID Turbo 2 features a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola DROID Turbo 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Active, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, letting go some specs and features.
