Comparison review
The Sony Xperia PRO has a global score of 94.3, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's overall score of 80.9. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia PRO has the newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0 version, counting with a couple nice extra features.
Galaxy S6 Active features just a bit better display than Xperia PRO, although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, a much smaller screen and a lot lower 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Galaxy S6 Active has a little bit better performance than Sony Xperia PRO, because although it has 5 GB less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU.
The Sony Xperia PRO takes greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a camera in the back with lot less megapixels and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a much larger camera sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photographs and a bigger camera aperture for better photography in poorly lited situations.
The Xperia PRO counts with a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 480 GB more internal storage. Xperia PRO features just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 14% greater battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6 Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia PRO, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S6 Active, giving up some specs and features.
