The Google Nexus 6P is a bit better than Galaxy S6 edge+, having a general score of 80.3 against 79.3. The Google Nexus 6P design is somewhat heavier and just a little thicker than Galaxy S6 edge+. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a little sharper display than Google Nexus 6P. They have exactly the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, a display of the same size and the same amount of pixels per inch in the screen.

The Google Nexus 6P has a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal storage. Google Nexus 6P has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores.

The Google Nexus 6P features just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 3450mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a slightly better camera than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a much higher resolution back-facing camera and a larger aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments.

Although Google Nexus 6P is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Nexus 6P, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, giving up some features and specifications.
