The Sony Xperia 5 design is incredibly newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s, although it's a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker. Sony Xperia 5 counts with a better performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more cores and more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a much better display than Xperia 5, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a just a bit greater pixel number in each inch of screen.
