Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ1's global score of 78.3. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S6 edge+ is incredibly older than Xperia XZ1, it's body is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner. Sony Xperia XZ1 counts with a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Sony Xperia XZ1 also has a greater number of cores.
Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a much better screen than Xperia XZ1, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little larger screen and a bit better pixels quantity per inch in the display. Sony Xperia XZ1 features a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Sony Xperia XZ1 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a little better battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery capacity. Xperia XZ1 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ1 also counts with a better resolution back facing camera and a larger sensor.
Galaxy S6 edge+ not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
