Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZ2's 79.1 global score. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S6 edge+ is much older than the Sony Xperia XZ2, it's design is thinner and a lot lighter. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a little sharper screen than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a just a bit higher pixels count per inch of display.

Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a greater processing power than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has more cpu cores.
