Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's 81.9 general score. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S6 is notably older than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, it's design is way thinner and lighter. The Galaxy S6 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics processing unit.
Galaxy S6 features a brighter display than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a little lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite better display pixels density. The Galaxy S8 Active features just a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy S6 features a bit better camera than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos and a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality pictures, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a way higher resolution back-facing camera.
