The Xiaomi 12 has a general score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S7 Active's global score of 75.8. Xiaomi 12 is a notably newer phone, and it is also a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S7 Active. Galaxy S7 Active has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi 12, because although it has a quite smaller display and much lower brightness, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch of display and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
