Comparison review

The Galaxy S9 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10, getting a overall score of 83.3 against 78.9. Although the Galaxy S9 and the Huawei Mate 10 were released only a couple months apart, Galaxy S9's body is a bit thicker but also somewhat lighter than the Huawei Mate 10. Huawei Mate 10 features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S9, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a bit lower 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 10. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor. The Galaxy S9 features slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S9 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB.

Galaxy S9 has a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy S9 also has better 60 fps video frame rate, a bigger camera aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations and a bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

The Huawei Mate 10 features superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy S9 is also by far the cheapest one, making this phone a no doubt choice.
