Comparison review
Galaxy S9 is just a bit better than Galaxy A31, with an 83.3 score against 81.3. The Galaxy S9 design is just a little thinner and lighter than the Galaxy A31, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Samsung Galaxy S9 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A31. They have a 4 GB RAM and 8 cores.
The Galaxy S9 features a bit sharper display than Galaxy A31, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A31 has a bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S9, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy A31 has a much better battery life than Galaxy S9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy A31 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a lot tinier aperture and slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also counts with a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
