Comparison review
Galaxy S9 is slightly better than Galaxy Alpha, getting an 83.3 score against 76.3. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy S9's construction is way thicker and incredibly heavier than Galaxy Alpha. The Samsung Galaxy S9 features just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
Galaxy S9 features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has way more pixels per display inch, a bigger display and a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2960. Samsung Galaxy S9 takes a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a 12 mega-pixels resolution back camera and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a much bigger camera aperture and better video frame rate.
The Galaxy S9 features a superior memory for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a much longer battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 1860mAh.
Galaxy S9 is not only the best devices of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
