Galaxy S9 has a score of 83.3, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 general score. The Galaxy S9 design is just a bit thinner and extremely lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, even though it was released many years before. Galaxy S9 counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Samsung Galaxy S9 features a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better display density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a slightly bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has lower video frame rates and a way smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a camera in the back with way more megapixels.
