The Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is much better than the Galaxy Xcover 4S's score of 73.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M30 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10, offering a couple additional features and improved performance. The Galaxy M30 body is thinner but just a little bit heavier than the Galaxy Xcover 4S, and they were released with only a few months difference.
Galaxy M30 features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a larger display, a lot higher 1080 x 2280 resolution and a better screen density. Samsung Galaxy M30 counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy M30 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy M30 also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy M30 counts with a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh. The Galaxy M30 counts with a camera that's just as good as the Galaxy Xcover 4S one, although the Galaxy M30 has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, a less megapixels back facing camera and a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and/or video in low light situations.
