The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has an overall score of 77.7, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S's global score of 73.8. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version.
