The Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S's score of 73.8. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10. Galaxy Note8's body is somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, although it's somewhat heavier and was released a little bit further than a year before.
