Galaxy S20 FE is much better than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, with a global score of 90.8 against 73.8. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 FE has the newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
