The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, having a overall score of 98 against 73.8. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is just a little thinner but a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, and both of them were released only 8 months apart.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a superior processing unit than Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a better looking screen than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a lot better amount of pixels per inch in the display, a much higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a much bigger display.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way better camera than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing images in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way higher video resolution and a camera with way more MP.
