The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a lot better than the Galaxy Xcover 4S, getting an 88.5 score against 73.8. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip's body is just a bit heavier but much thinner than the Galaxy Xcover 4S, and both were released with only 7 months difference. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a newer 12 version and Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version, providing you lots of additional features and increased performance.
The Galaxy Z Flip counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2636px, a lot larger screen and a better screen density.
