Xperia XZ2 Premium has a score of 82.2, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5's 78.1 global score. Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, we must note that it's also a much older, way heavier and extremely thicker phone. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a lot better display than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a lot higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution, a little larger display and a lot greater count of pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features improved battery life than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity. The Xperia XZ2 Premium shoots better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a much higher video definition and a better resolution camera in the back.
