The Samsung Focus S is just a bit better than Galaxy Xcover, having a score of 56.5 against 51.9. The Samsung Focus S works with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system, while Galaxy Xcover works with Android 2.3.6 operating system. Even though the Samsung Focus S and the Galaxy Xcover were released with only 1 months difference, the Samsung Focus S is lighter and incredibly thinner.

The Samsung Focus S has a sharper screen than Galaxy Xcover, because it has a better screen pixel density, a larger display and a lot higher resolution of 800 x 480px. Samsung Focus S features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Xcover. Both have the same number of cores. Samsung Focus S features a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Xcover, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 16 GB internal memory.

Samsung Focus S has a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Xcover, because it has a 10% bigger battery capacity. The Samsung Focus S captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Xcover, because it has a way better 1280x720 video quality and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Focus S is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
