Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Flip has a global score of 88.5, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9's 83.2 general score. Galaxy Z Flip is a newer and just a little thinner device than the Xiaomi Mi 9, but it's just a little heavier. The Xiaomi Mi 9 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a quite smaller display and a quite inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 9 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Z Flip, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same video frame rate and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a way larger back camera sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. Xiaomi Mi 9 has a battery performance that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip one.
