Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a global score of 94.6, which is a lot better than LG Q8's 77.2 score. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 construction is much newer and somewhat thinner, but much heavier than LG Q8. Both devices we are comparing have Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the older 11 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The LG Q8 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way smaller display and a little worse 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a lot better screen density. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit bigger memory for applications and games than LG Q8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a quite superior hardware performance than LG Q8, because it has 4 more processing cores and 8 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a bit better camera than LG Q8, because although it has a lot less mega-pixels camera in the back and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photos.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a very superior battery lifetime than LG Q8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
