Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a bit better CPU than HTC U11 EYEs, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has 8 GB more RAM memory. HTC U11 EYEs shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, and although they both have a 12 MP resolution back camera, the HTC U11 EYEs also has a way larger aperture to capture better low light photos.
