The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy M30, getting a 90.6 score against 82.4. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie.
